Scrub Angels Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Scrub Angels, LLC (“Scrub Angels,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from ScrubAngels.com (the “Site”), or otherwise interact with us (for example, via text messages or emails).

You agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages via phone number or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Throughout this policy, “Personal Information” refers collectively to Device Information, Order Information, and Messaging/Contact Information.

We do not sell, rent, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit your phone numbers or customer information collected through our programs, except as disclosed in this Policy.

• Through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out portal

(These opt-outs prevent targeted advertising, but you may still receive generic, non-personalized ads.)

Because text messaging is regulated under the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA):

• Every text we send must include instructions on how to opt out (for example, “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).

• You may revoke consent at any time, and we will cease marketing texts after opt-out.

• Even transactional messages (order updates, confirmations) must respect opt-out preferences. (BCLP)

If you opt into texting during checkout, it must be very clear and not buried in fine print.

a) Access, Correction & Deletion

Depending on your state, you may request to access, correct, or delete the Personal Information we hold about you. If you want to exercise these rights, contact us at support@scrubangels.co.

b) Opt-Outs

• Marketing communications: You may unsubscribe from email or text marketing at any time (via “Unsubscribe” link or reply STOP).

• Targeted advertising/profile-based promotions: You may opt out via the above ad network settings or request that we stop profiling you.

• California & other state rights: California Civil Code § 1798.83 and other state laws allow certain state residents to request details about third-party sharing for direct marketing.

c) “Do Not Track”

We currently do not change our data practices when we detect a browser “Do Not Track” signal.

• We retain Order Information for as long as necessary to fulfill legal, tax, or business obligations, unless you ask us to delete it.

• We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to keep your information secure (e.g. encryption, restricted access).

• If a data breach occurs, we will take steps required by law to notify affected users and authorities.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under age 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have done so, please contact us to delete the information.
Note: Some of our products (e.g. Focus Support, Sleep & Calm drops) are marketed for ages 4+, but that is separate from data collection — it does not alter COPPA or other privacy obligations.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in practices, legal requirements, or new services. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” and notify users via email or notice on the Site.
