Do you accept returns or exchanges? Due to the expensive value of our products’ ingredients, Scrub Angels does not provide any returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. As stated on all of our products it is Buyers responsibility to ensure that products are tolerable for their individual person before consuming or applying by consulting with their health care professional prior to use. If product is damaged during transport please take photos contact [email protected] within 48-72 hours of receipt of delivery to resolve the issue. 

What if I put the wrong address in the system?

We understand that mistakes happen when placing online orders. Please double check your shipping address during checkout and when you receive the order confirmation. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, most orders ship within 24 hours. We will try our best to intercept the order before it is shipped and make the change to your address, free of charge. Any address changes may delay the shipment of your order. If the order has went out and it needs to be intercepted then Buyer is responsible for additional charges. The buyer is responsible for in putting incorrect address and therefore would need to re order products at their own expense.

Can I make Ice Tea?

how these step-by-step instructions for infusing hot tea before cooling and icing:

 We recommend using filtered, spring or bottled water.

Fill your kettle with fresh, cold water and heat to a boil 
Iced Tea requires a double strength infusion (compared to hot tea). So plan on about two teaspoons of tea or herbs or two tea bags per six-ounce cup. If using whole leaf tea, place in tea infuser.
Pour the water over the tea, cover if in a pot, and infuse to taste. Different teas take well to different infusing times. Experiment to find your ideal time, but take care – don’t steep for too long or you’ll find your tea has gone bitter or acidic.
Remove the tea bag or infuser, or use a strainer for the leaves. Allow the tea to come to room temperature.
Serve and sweeten to taste. Pour into an glass or cup served over ice. Now you can savor in and enjoy refreshing iced tea.
